Great Mountain Views Eric L said…August 8, 2019.     The location was convenient and well-apportioned for family stays. We enjoyed the resort amenities, particularly access to free tennis rackets and balls. The resort shuttle to downtown locations was reliable and prompt. The condo had plenty of room for storage of bikes and outdoor equipment. The pictures don’t do justice to the panoramic views of the mountains from the deck of the condo. We definitely would stay here again if visiting Breck!

Great ski in ski out Peak 9….on March 16, 2019 Vanessa P. said…..Really enjoyed Beaver Run. The views from this condo are amazing. Everything you need is available. You get great info from the owner prior to check in. We would definitely stay here again! The town of Breckenridge is wonderful. We took a day off skiing and went snowmobiling with Good Times Adventures. Highly recommend! So much fun and only place I found that allowed 15-17 year olds to driver vs being a passenger. My son had the best time!

Very comfortable condo for family of five. Kids had room to spread out along with their own bathroom. Kitchen and both bathrooms were well stocked for our five day stay. Plenty of amenities on site, great shuttle service for free and awesome views off the balcony. We’d love to visit again!

Our family of 5 adults stayed in this condo in Breck July 15-22 and couldn’t have been more pleased with our selection. We have stayed at many VRBO’s in the past and always do our homework…this one did not disappoint. The layout worked well with the living areas on the main floor and the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and the views off the deck with our coffee every morning were amazing. Our family really enjoyed having access to all the amenities Beaver Run offers…we used the hot tubs several times and enjoyed the pool as well. Fitness room was great too. We were thankful for the laundry room in our building and used it a couple times. The location was terrific..easy walk to downtown for shopping and restaurants. We did the Breck Escape room one evening which was a blast. The hiking in the area is outstanding with endless options. We also enjoyed the Vail Pass bike path. It was wonderful to come back to our very comfortable condo in the evenings and relax and spend time with our family. We will definitely be back:)

We visited for he 4th of July! The unit has a very comfortable family room, clean well stocked kitchen, and updated spacious bathrooms. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. Spacious entry for jackets, shoes and backpacks. Gorgeous mountain views from both family room and bedroom. Convenient market, restaurants and guest laundry (always had available machines) on site. Comfortable beds with plenty of extra linen, blankets and pillows. Great board games, and binder available with helpful local information. We could watch the fireworks from downtown from the bedroom window after a long hike! Shuttle service to downtown Breckenridge was always available with a short wait and was great for going into town without having to park. Downtown restaurants and shops were a 10 minute walk if you didn’t want to take the shuttle. Beautiful short path to hike with a stream running along it was close by. Overall, would highly recommend! Owners were very responsive and helpful!

Great owner! Just as described and very conventional. Well worth the stay!!!

We had a great time at Breckenridge and our stay was great. Had a family of 4 stay there. Place was clean and just as described. Tracy, the owner was just awesome to deal with. I really like the personal touch that she and Beaver Run did for us. Thanks again for the great memories!!!

Great place! Will definitely stay there again.

We loved the convenience of having the ski lifts (from beginner to advanced) close to the room. The ski rental shop, hot tubs, pool, work-out room, sauna, steam room, arcade/putt-putt golf in game room, laundry facility were all bonuses to the resort. The wonderful Thanksgiving buffet and breakfast were enjoyed at Spencer’s. The condo balcony overlooks the slopes and was comfortable for our familly of 4. It was a convenience to great shopping on the main street as well. Close to Keystone, Copper Mountain, and A-basin. We only needed more snow for more runs, but plan on returning to enjoy on the next trip.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo itself was very clean and had a very homey feel to the decorations. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed to make meals, etc. There were even some extras like ziplock bags, hot cocoa, & spices that were helpful. The view from the family room/deck is gorgeous! We loved hanging out in the family room looking outside playing games, etc. The kids absolutely loved the pools, hot tubs, game room and miniature golf. We were easily able to keep the kiddos busy during a rainy afternoon. The location of the condo is perfect, as you can easily walk into town or the the mountain for a hike. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Excellent trip. I love the mountain views from the master bedroom. We watched the moon rise over the mountains. The staff was great. They delivered fire wood promptly. The shuttle service was timely, easy, and quick. The resort offers great amenities including ski locker next to the lifts. We can’t wait to come back!!!

I highly recommend this property for a short summer get away to the mountains. The property was within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and the gondola in downtown Breckenridge. My family also really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and the 5 hot tubs on the condo property. The condo itself had awesome views and everything we needed for our short stay (dishes, pots/pans, clean sheets, towels). Thanks for a great summer vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our ski vacation earlier this month. Condo is just as depicted and well appointed with kitchen items. It was great to be able to come back to the condo for lunch, and we used the hot tubs, steam room and pool everyday! Ski locker was very convenient. We walked to town easily for dinners. What beautiful views from the room! The sunrise on the mountains our first morning there was awesome and set the stage for almost 5 days of sun! Not too tough to take! We hope to be back again – thank you!

My experience was terrific. The Souvereins were a delight to work with. They were very responsive and prompt. Everything was exactly as described. The location to the slopes is perfect. We rented from the ski shop right next to the ticket booth, and they store the equipment overnight: so we didn’t even have to carry our skis the extremely short distance to the building ski lockers. The condo is very nicely appointed, particularly if you like a classic chalet style. Beaver Run has a terrific set of amenities, including lots of outdoor hot tubs that we took advantage of. The walk to the center of town is too short to bother with the free Breck bus. I would definitely recommend renting from the Souvereins. One comment is that the bedrooms and bathrooms are both up a single flight of stairs, which leaves a nice living area on the main level.

Our family of 4 visited Breck in January 2012 and we were very pleased with our choice to stay at this Beaver Run condo. The location to the slopes on Peak 9 was perfect for us and having the ski locker was awesome to store our equipment each night. The condo was nicely decorated and had tons of room for us to spread out and relax. The resort staff were friendly and the courteousy shuttle to get around town was wonderful. It was great to have access to a heated pool/hot tubs which were not far from this unit in building 2. We would definitely consider renting this property again on a future trip to CO. Thanks to Tracey for all the trip planning advice since this was our first visit to Breck. My kids were ready to make this condo our permanent residence!!
