To see our latest availability, you can check out our listings on other websites we advertise with as they will have an up to date calendar.  We rent by owner and by renting directly from us you save the 5-10% booking fees charged by VRBO and AirBnB although on those sites you can book immediately.

We offer secure online payments through Quickbooks invoicing – simply call or email us and we can send you the invoice.

Our rates vary throughout the season and are subject to change.  Please contact us for a full quote. Our rates range from $299/night during the summer to $749/night during peak season and holidays rates can go up to $1250/night.

In addition to our nightly rate we have a $250 cleaning fee, a $150 property fee and tax is an additional 12.275%.  Upon your arrival Beaver Run Resort charges a $36 parking fee/vehicle (maximum 2 vehicles) during the ski season and $15/night/vehicle the rest of the year.  Although they allow for two vehicles, parking is only guaranteed for one.
